Fort Stockton Barrio Fest 5K 

Join us for the Barrio Fest 5K, the dynamic kickoff to our 3-day Hispanic Culture Event in Fort Stockton, Texas. 

As Barrio Runners, we break barriers and defy stereotypes, embodying the spirit of our culture, family, and community with pride and determination.

Just as our ancestors ran for communication, hunting, ceremonies, and competitions, we ran to connect with the land, ourselves, and our heritage.

The Barrio Fest 5K is more than a race—it celebrates our identity and shared journey.

Runners may find their stride by registering for the kids' run, 5k, or 3 leg relay. 

This years race, runners will receive custom Barrio Fest Race Shirt, Classic Barrio Fest 5K Finisher Medal, Placement Awards, Race Bag Swag and a chance to win prices for Best Dressed Loteria Costumes!

Not a runner, but you still would like to participate other than barrio cheer sidelines. We are always looking for Volunteers- all are welcomed - sign up in the Volunteers hub!

Overall, Males and Females 

The top three Males and Females for each category will be awarded medals.

Top winners will also be announced on the main stage in the evening.
